General information

This Privacy Policy specifies the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users in connection with their use of the Internet services of the Restauracja Polska Katarzyna Lendzioszek sp.j company, with a registered office in Warsaw (00-791) at ul. To protect the safety of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations which are aimed at prevention of access of unauthorized persons to the data. We supervise the compliance therewith and we continually verify their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Act on Personal Data Protection, the Act on Provision of Services by Electronic Means, as well as any executive acts and Community acts.

The Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in the cases when the provisions of law authorize the Administrator to process given personal data on the basis thereof or for the purpose of performance of the agreement binding the parties.

The Service fulfils the function of obtaining information about the users and their behaviour in the following manner:

  • by voluntary entry of relevant information in forms
  • by gathering “cookie” files

The Service gathers the information voluntarily provided by the User.

The data provided in the form are processed for the purposes of a given form, e.g. to handle the information contact process or marketing process.

The personal data left in the Service shall not be sold or made available to any third parties, according to the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection.

The data contained in the form may be viewed by the individual who provided such data. Such individual shall also be entitled to modify and discontinue the processing of his/her data at any time.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy of the Service, if this is justified by the development of the Internet technology or, possibly, by changes in the personal data protection laws, as well as the development of our Internet service. Any such amendments shall be communicated in a clear and comprehensive manner.

The Service may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Service. Such websites may have their own privacy policies and other regulations and we recommend that they are read.

Cookies

 

“Cookies” should be understood as computer data stored in users’ devices, designated for the use of websites. In particular, they are text files containing the name of the website they originate from, the time of their storage in the user’s device and a unique number.

The Service does not automatically gather any information, with the exception of the information covered by cookies.

Cookies are designed to use the websites of the service. The operator uses such files for:

  • providing a possibility of logging-in and maintaining the user’s session on each of the service websites, thanks to which the user does not have to, for instance, enter the login and password on each sub-website

Such files may be used by the Service or by entities cop-operating with the Service for the provision of advertising services, thanks to which an advertisement may be displayed to you which matches your interests, and the number of advertisement displays may be limited, thanks to which they will be less disturbing, etc.
  • social files – providing for integration of social media (such as  Facebook, Google+, Pinterest), which you use with the Service.
